Felicity Jones is a British actress most popular in the role of Jane Hawking in the critically well-reviewed movie The Theory of Everything. Jones began her acting career at age 12 and worked on numerous TV shows, plays and movies. The first film she appeared in was The Treasure Seekers, a television film. Then, in The Worst Witch (a television show) she played Ethel Hallow. The sequel Weirdsisters college was also filmed. In her film debut Flashbacks of a Fool she played Young Ruth and went on to be featured in numerous films. In movies like The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she earned notoriety for her character. It was however her character as the wife of Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything' which earned the actress the Oscar award for the first time. Jones in her role as Stephen Hawking's wife in the biopic, which is based on his life, was praised both by viewers and critics. Inferno is the Tom Hanks-starred thriller. Jones won the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, for her exceptional talents and contributions.
